The Court has now begun officially processing this case; submitted by Mr Lopez/Payne

We have been evaluating the information put forward to the Court of Vice City and hope to make a full outline of the events and clarify details - from both parties. I would like to request the presence of Mr Lopez/Payne and Mr Andreas. Witnesses and representatives - if and when relevant - are very welcome.
We understand that Maxwell Peterson Payne
[from here on Max_Lopez or any other respective name/title similar or identical to IG] first came across the defendant (LHC)Andreas
[from here on Andreas or any other respective name/title similar or identical to IG] by the Vice City Police Department HQ in Washington Beach, where Andreas stopped Max_Lopez and unjustly made charges. These charges were lifted subsequently.
Shortly after, Max_Lopez was suspected for "ignoring cop orders" - presumably linked to the exchange in Washington Beach?
Again charges were dropped and the situation cleared(?) by government officials. However, during this there is a suggestion that some form of physical action was taken by police and/or Max_Lopez.
The court's own review has told us that the officer in question ((LHC)Andreas) has no affiliations to any official law enforcement groups, being a freelance of the Argonath RPG Police Department.
To begin with the evidence and demands presented:
*Removal from the force
*Defendant to pay court fees
- Removal from the force: At the time or following, the person in question would have faced punishment for any unprofessional actions - this would always remain the same.
As they are not part of any official groups (VCPD), we would not need to investigate this further with them.
- Court fees: Unless otherwise stated, the Court of Vice City acts predominantly as a service, free of charge for Argonath citizens.
*1000 dollar compensation for medical treatment
*10000 dollars for harassment and abuse
Would it be possible to submit medical reports, ideally backed up with the presence of a medical professional (any evidence) to give further information on any injuries sustained?
We understand that criminal charges against yourself were dropped - the officer having suspected falsely. As for abuse/harassment, we shall hope to establish the full details in this case.
Linking this to the evidence you have submitted, however, a few things don't seem to corroborate.
You mentioned that you were shot by the officer, causing damage to your "bullet proof vest". Hopefully as your vest absorbed the impact and protected you from the bullet wound, no extensive medical treatment was required?
The officer then suddenly shot me, damaging my bullet proof vest, and at the same moment the government dropped charges against me. I have later go to buy a new kevlar vest.
In both images put forward we can see that the officer(s) are armed and appear to be confronting you.
Comparing image 1 and 2, it seems like your health has dropped by 80hp, though the cause isn't directly confirmed with the images alone.
It is also worth noting that (LHC)Andreas - who definitely appears to be wearing a kevlar vest - has taken damage, though again the cause unknown.
