Ok uh, I'd rather not have the option in sigs than it being this small across the whole forum.

It never used to be that way, use another YouTube plugin? There are plenty of them.

True that, then if users still place embedded videos, just remove them.
Or.. we could impose a simple rule: Don't put embedded videos in signatures...You want full sized embedded YouTube videos? Don't put them in your signature.
Yes, you can disable them entirely, but then users can't even post embedded youtube videos on the forum.
The most important part is interacting with others and meeting people from around the world.
