It never used to be that way, use another YouTube plugin? There are plenty of them.

Or.. we could impose a simple rule: Don't put embedded videos in signatures...

You want full sized embedded YouTube videos? Don't put them in your signature.

Does the option in the picture not refer to what is allowed to be used of signatures instead of what BB codes can be used for the entire forum?

FBI Forums use a different plugin, do they not? You have to use tags to embed, where as here you don't.
