Then you and your associates would have been gone from this community a long time ago.

I've never been banned and neither have my associates during INFERNO 9's reign as the premier balla movement, so this does not apply.

JDC, from a beginner's view (to Argonath), You do not make me feel welcome to this community. Comments like yours are detrimental to the community's growth. I hope you understand that.

That is correct, however what you may not yet have understood is that admin do not get any notification if you /gu, nor is it theire responsibility to handle false suspection. There for from the 20 minutes waiting time, the most part was your fault, probably due to not being familiar.

You can not blame this on the admin team, they had no way of knowing.

I am not blaming them on the fact that they are not psychic, I am blaming them on response time, and their tactics in resolving it. As opposed to asking who the officer was, they requested I have the officer PM them. That other player is not going to acknowledge my requests, but should to a administrator. The time frame could have been shorter.

Also, I could safely say if nobody helped me, and I relogged to become unfrozen, I would have been instantly banned.

You do realize you have destroyed the point you are forwarding (repeated DMers getting banned) as you have said it does not apply to the kind of people who you said it should apply to.

Certain other posts lack any substance at all, so I do not see the need to dignify them with a reply.

I won't repeat myself again, if you don't know how to do your job properly, let another do it and don't say a word.

Anyway, if you want to continue this, take it to pm, I'm not willing to come here and see you bad girling around.
Before you try to advise someone who has years of experience in dealing with people worse than yourself, think of what you have achieved so far.

I have introduced many other new players with the same words, and they were able to take it in a positive light. Of course, except for those who were better off playing The Sims as they cannot handle that shit happens to them.

My comments are not detrimental to the community's growth, but rather, to people who cannot handle the facts.

What you should learn to do is accept the consequences of your actions (such as joining a mafia with a boss who acts like an idiot by getting you in the shit) and that shit happens to everyone in this community, then move on, instead of complaining like a princess with a rat in her skirt.

Cannot handle the facts I point out? You are free to go ahead and do the opposite of everything I said here, but the disaster that will befall you later on will be no one's fault but yours.

From this topic alone, I can see you are focusing more on the shit that happens to you in the server. What you should do is find more roleplay opportunities and players who are willing to influence you in a better direction as opposed to making topics because you got involved in some group DM.

The most important part is interacting with others and meeting people from around the world.

I never really left. :alc:

As contrary to what some others think, you do not need to be ingame 24/7 to ascertain the true state of things.

The most important part is interacting with others and meeting people from around the world.

You do realize you have destroyed the point you are forwarding (repeated DMers getting banned) as you have said it does not apply to the kind of people who you said it should apply to.

The message was clear in saying that repeat offenders (those who are banned continously) should be permanently banned.

My position has since changed as reflected in later posts.

Let's just be honest here.

Deathmatches occur because of the following reasons
1)Weapons easy to get
2)Weapons are cheap
3)Punishments after using weapons are max 180 seconds of jail or 1000$ loss.

With 5k you can get combat shotgun and armour... + all you need to do is /enter /buyweapon /exit. There's your answer, easy as it can be.

1) Nein.
2) Nee.
3) Non.

And even if so, what do you propose we should do about it? Are you seriously suggesting we should make weapons harder to get, increase weapon price and increase jailtime or loss after death by cops? It's a game, I'm not going to wait 10 minutes in a game just because I killed someone, and you wouldn't do so either. The weapon prices are high as is, but there's nothing wrong with that. It's how it should be. Weapons, or anything else a user desires, should be easy to get if there's enough money involved. The reason why deathmatching occurs is because there are people with bad intentions for others, people that don't know the rules and people that refuse to learn the rules. I really don't see why it's a big deal. It's been like this forever and will be like it forever. The administration will always handle it, that's the solution we have and it's the only solution there is. As I explained earlier, time is the only method to really get rid of people acting like that. Time allows people to learn. Don't blame new players for deathmatching, just educate them. Veteran players deathmatching get their fair share of punishment too, so don't even worry.

Incrasing weapon prices would teach people to appriciate the weapon not just use it. They would be more careful not to loose it and not to waste it. Simple as that.

It most certainly is not as simple as that. Weapons in ArgonathRPG are very important. Most of the roleplay in here is surrounded by weapons. Wheter they're used or not, they're always present. The roleplaying scenarios that you will generally come across in ArgonathRPG aren't based on fairytales, to say it subtly. Apart from weapons simply being necessary, I'm also obligated to remind you that death occurs more than daily for every player individually. Over fifty percent of these deaths are caused by something that doesn't relate to roleplay at all, such as carkillers, deathmatchers, hackers, but also bugs, glitches and perhaps even accidental self-injury. In conclusion, there are a lot more things to keep in mind when even considering to suggest a lower or higher price for weapons. I've named a few here, but I'm sure the owners have kept more of them in mind when they decided on the weapon prices. I believe deathmatching was not one of them.

It was nice to see you get back to the original subject of this topic, but sadly the content you're posting is rather disappointing.

That says it right there. That is the problem. There is much more to roleplaying than cops and robbers, gang wars, and mafia kidnappings. People need to expand their ideas. Even those three types of roleplays I just mentioned could also be expanded without the need of weapons being used or carried. People just don't want to think outside of the box because they've become so accustomed to using and/or carrying them.

Hell, I've even had to order Firefighters to stop buying and carrying handguns on duty because it has nothing to do with the roleplay at all. With people's mentalities like this, there is a pretty big problem.

Everything was done correctly and in roleplay. If you dont like it, i suggest you play this game instead

The sims 2 is better than the sims 3. #commonknowlege

This topic is becoming more about what other game I should play other than SA-MP, what my family should have done differently, and who has returned/never left a community.

Will a moderator lock this topic now? This is getting off topic and is no longer constructive.

Raising the weapon prices will not necessarily stop the flow of DM... we have people on the server who literally spend tens of thousands on weapons, die in a shootout, and spend thousands more on weapons for the next shootout.

Don't change the money, change the mentality.

The most important part is interacting with others and meeting people from around the world.
