Hello guys, I'd like to inform you about the future plans with the current members and the applicants.
As you all know, we're trying our best to become a successful mafia who will RP anytime and be one of the main mafias, besides Corleone, Gvardia, Sforza and Ancelotti.
Our mission is to improve the skills of the current members, make sure that they will never make ANY problem with the mafia friends and allies and after we succed, we'll promote them to the Veteran Mobsters.
As soon as everything is done, we will open the applications.
Getting accepted will take some more time due to the new procedure with the applicants. Each applicant will have his own, let's call it teacher, who will explain them EVERYTHING about the family.
Note: the teachers will be the veteran mobsters.
Once they learn everything, they will be tested by me or The Don. Passing the test will not be easy since the applicant will have to know RolePlay basics, to speak English well and all the family relations/business.
After passing a test, the applicant will be allowed to put the 'LombardiT' tag. That period of 3-5 days will be considered as a show-off period, which means that the applicant will be tested in the random situations.
Note: Person who is wearing the trial tag is NOT representing the mafia.
Once the applicant gets accepted, he will be assigned into the crew of a veteran mobster. Each crew will have maximally two leaders (two veterans) who will be taking care of them and always learning them some new things.
Note: when the boss or the don comes in-game, they are the ones who are in charge of all the members unless they ask veterans to organize        them instead of the don or the boss.
Once they show that they can be loyal and respectful, they will be promoted only by the Underboss+.
Note: The promotion must be discussed by the members who are above the underboss.
As soon as we accept enough members, the applications will be closed until all the members are well trained and promoted.

Unfortunately I'll be inactive some time because my IP class is banned from the servers and TS due to some ban evaders from my country. I've made an "Unban Request", I've PMed a couple of Community Leaders, Managers but no one seems to care.

About the bann? Well i was suspect and they tried to get me. After 10 min they catched me(after a driving fail). Then i RP gu(/hail 2). After this i was tryin' to joke and aimed my Combat to Omar_Collin, i saw Chris_Knight, because he was next to him. The he told me that i should not shoot cause we have an Admin here. I told him, that wasn't even my intention and if i wanted to shoot after gu i did it anyway, didn't matter if there was an Admin or not. So i told him to apologise for the fake accusament, but he didn't want to, so i told them that i'm gonna wait here till he apologises and after that gonna surrender. So right after Chris told me that if i don't get in the car he will use the Admin way. I stayed there like 20 sec more and entered the car. Right after i started telling Omar that he will get kidnapped everytime i see him and this way i will make him quit the server. That's what hapened.

you are not alloweed to use the names of previus mafias, they can be closed long time but you still cant use the name.
