Major desynch bug (Gandalf, Rydell, Alonzo)

This post is a series of videos to show a problem in the fire script that happens when people have bad internet connection near fires. Last night, I was actually banned due to this bug which caused me to appear to have carhp hacks since I saw no fires and could drive right through them.

In this one you see that I can barely log in, and when I do I get bugged if im at a fire mission. I have relogged due to a bug in this video, and you see me spawn with the noob skin. I am talking with Reece and Alonzo at the time.

This is generally how the bug starts out. I can see a couple explosions which dont harm me.

In this one, you see me clearly able to drive right through what appears should be fire sources. But it doesnt damage me at all. This is probably what Rydell thought was carhp hacks when he banned me.

OK, now ive shown everything I have. This should be more than enough evidence that I absolutely 100 percent do not hack. It should maybe give enough evidence for a scripter to look into the matter also. I should have never been banned for this, and everything ive mentioned in this matter is a major problem that could cause me another ban, or maybe even another player. I am a regular here, and should have been given the benefit of the doubt before anyone EVER thinking I hacked, and hopefully these videos will prompt people to realize that desynch can cause some really bad problems sometimes. Im not angry at anyone, or flaming any admin as they are humans and made a mistake. Thanks for reading guys.

I know that desync bothers the server alot lately. The issue with the fires dissappearing and no blips loading further than those who were already synced are most common, aswell as everything from scripts stops loading.

Wether or not you're guilty, it's kind of hard to say for us, outsiders that were not involved in this situation.

Ive had it! Now because of the same bug I get  a tempban. What part of DESYNCH dont you  people get? I had to relog during a mission because this lag happened again and I get a tempban for resetspawn abuse? HUUUUURRR DUUUUUUURRR resetspawn gets auto admin jail. I obviously didnt do that. If this happens one more time, I will leave the server for good. I am working on getting a better connection, but I should be free to play even with shitty internet. Now I want compensation for this. 10 hours banned last night, 30 minutes today. Im getting tired of it. Im basically being banned over and over for having bad internet, despite CLEAR video evidence.

I would suggest fixing your net if you keep getting desynced.
It's not the administrators fault to be fair.

I have bad internet alike, although I don't get desynced as often as you seem to be.

Fix my internet?! Excuse me but im not some spoiled little rich kid who can do such things. I live in a damn hotel and the internet I have is WHAT I GET. Period. And not the admins fault? Maybe not, maybe so... but I put clear evidence online of whats  going on, and they ignore it.... its certainly not my fault.

You relogged at the scene of the firemission which is more than likely counted as doing /spawnreset at the mission as it moves your spawn point.
Administrators can't be expected to follow the bugs/issues every single player has.

Probably, but if I didnt relog then I could have been banned due to desynch causing me to appear to have carhp hacks, or ram hacks... AGAIN. I had no choice in the matter.

ANYWAYS this topic is getting out of control, and im raging too much. I posted this topic to point out an obvious problem in the game, not to stop bans. If you guys wanna ban me for being poor, fine... but other players are gonna experience this too and I put this here so admins could be aware of the matter and possibly fix.

Each and every such issue that you face cannot be attributed to your internet connection by the admins. Whilst you may be facing genuine issues with your internet, it would be worthwhile to wait till you get your connection fixed(however that needs to be done) so that neither your nor others' ingame experience/fun is ruined. 
While the internet is not your fault, getting a better connection is in your interest and what needs to be done. Till that time, such issues would understandably crop up. Do not expect any compensation for bad internet.

Well, I dont actually. But I do expect no further bans without questioning. What ever happened to /freeze and /pm? No need to immediately ban.

How/when to ban is a decision for admins to take. Not for anyone else to deliberate on. While sometimes mistakes are made on the manner of checking for hacks/glitches/cheating, if a mistake is identified, the unban will occur instantly when noticed(as it happened in your case). While your last ban was seen as having been made incorrectly, one cannot identify every ban for any person who has bad internet, as being wRONg. This is why I wish you find a way to fix your net. I understand your frustration but frustration alone will not help.

Hope you understand our take on this and I sincerely hope your net gets fixed quick to give you a much better time here.

Look... my point is, when I get bans for things like carhp hacks, ram hacks, resetspawn abuse, EVERYONE in the server that  is playing at the time sees that. When they see that, I get tagged as a piece of shit cheater. Ive never had such a reputation before as I dont do that... but now I apparently will have this reputation because all people see is  Lloyd Koltsov is banned for hacks or Lloyd Koltsov is tempbanned for script abuse

I am not trying to tell admins what to do, or determine the abilities of any admins. But this is just bringing an incredible amount of unjustified shame on me, and the Koltsov family.

I just hope someone can look into this, as im sure that im not the only one that will ever experience this problem.
