Two Auction Section (SMF Bay) Changes

The title pretty much explains the point of the topic, so here's the suggestions:
1. Change "LU:MP Items" to "LU Items". The mod is not called LU:MP, and I don't know where people keep getting this from.
2. Add "MTA:VC Items" to the list, as it is missing.
