This message is directed to ALL members and leaderships of Criminal groups and families.
Please be aware that Argonath RPG is
NOT a deathmatch server.
This means, that killing other people is NOT an achievment at all but rather a disgrace of your own lack of inspiration to solve things in an orderly matter.
As it is clearly seen that most criminal groups seem to do no more than get together, grab a combat shotgun, kill people with another tag, I'd like to point out that criminal 'RP' is NOT, in any way, involving killing.
If you open up a criminal family to deathmatch other families or law instances, you have aswell come to the wrong place since there are far more original ways to deal with your families 'business' than that.
Now, I see the fingers pointing towards each other as you read the message, however it is about time the finger you point should be directed to yourself. You are part of a criminal family, you can make a change. Make your own family proud of actual roleplay rather than joining the people that end up every month with a ban on their head.
As to remind all of you that even though deathmatching occured much lately, the following rules still apply:
Dear heads of business families and groups.
It has come to my recent attention that some of our esteemed business man jokingly refer to their organizations as criminal. Perhaps the recent wave of fights in which large amounts of weapons were used has been the cause of this.
Let me make it clear that the President, Prime Minister and other leaders of the city will not allow criminal organizations to be openly present.
Showing your organization as being criminal will subject it to strong measures from FBI, ARPD and other law enforcement groups. These actions will continue until your group has stopped their criminal actions.
Now I realise that many of you have to protect your business interest, and that sometimes conflicts between your members arise. As your security staff and others are not often trained properly, this can result in a shooting. Such shootings, when occurring often, will make our civilians feel unsafe, and lower the repuration of our nation.
There for I suggest you the following instructions:
If a conflict arises, the dispute should be attempted to be settled by a meeting on neutral and open terrain, with equal strength so none of the partaking members will feel intimidated. Remember that these meetings can and in some cases should be subject to supervision.
If a member of your organization is attacked, contact the leader of the attacking organization with request for an explanation. The leader should take measures against those who broke the rules of good behavior, which in extreme cases can lead to such members losing their life. Also if the attack was deemed inappropriate the leader of the attacking organization should compensate the attacked person(s) or in case of loss of life their relatives.
If the leaders of both organizations can not reach an agreement on who is at fault, a meeting will be held with all leaders of business groups invited to sort out.
The decision of this meeting will be done by voting, and be final.
Any attempt by one or more business group members to disturb the meeting and harm all opposing leaders will be seen as proof of criminal organization and lead to immediate and severe punishment, which can include the repossesion of all the groups assets (houses, businesses, cars).
Should the meeting of business leaders disagree too much for a decision to be reached, or be impossible to make due to security issues, a request for ruling can be submitted to United Nations. Please note that all groups are part of United Nations and supposed to be represented here by one appointed member.
Please note that all measures regarding business groups will have to pass the desk of the President and Prime Minister, without their authorization the above mentoned measures are not to be undertaken.
I hope to have given some clarity and that the business leaders will use this to lower the current unsafety of our nation.

I'd suggest to keep the above message in your head as of today. Deathmatching is not to be tolerated and it's about time you start making a change for yourself. No more excuses that your enemy family doesn't RP, YOU are responsible for your own roleplay. Stop buying guns to kill other people but start by going back to the essence of roleplay and learn what an actual criminal is. It is certainly not a robot killin' all people with a enemy tag above their head.
Should it occur that your family promotes deathmatch from beyond this point in their topics, be aware that actions are pending to be taken. We do NOT tolerate the encouragement or provokation of deathmatch by anyone, espescially not if somebody is using it to 'show off' his kills.
It is up to the group's management, leadership to maintain eye on their members and start to promote roleplay in their topics, now.
If further posts do contain provokative messages- or pictures towards other groups (such as taking screenshots of your DM-spree), expect actions to be taken against the poster- and the membership of the group, who is responsible for the behaviour and interactions of their members.
Further failure to do so may, as what is described in the bolt text in the quote, result in closure by the Argonath Administration in worse case scenarios.
Be aware that this message does NOT, in any way, warns certain groups for their behaviour but all groups as a whole. There are many 'criminal' groups that do maintain a roleplay level and are not to worry about this warning.
This is the one and only warning being issued to ALL active groups.
