Wich was lifetime in jail wich is like 21years in norway.
Personally i dont want to see him ever get out

After 21 years, the police/prosecution will have to take his case into court and promoting evidence that there is recurrence risk if he gets out, and that all general considerations must be weighed against eventuel release. There is already evidence of recurrence risk in the manifesto that he has made, and he has stated in court, if he ever get released he will do something like this again. Then the court may decide to detain Breivik with five-year terms, to this can last a lifetime.

Why make a big drama out of this? He wont ever get out it.
He was sentenced to 21 years plus they can keep him as long as hes endangering Norway, up to life sentence yes.
So people no worries, just dont belive that its 21 years and thats it.

I belive Norway has the best and most humane court system in the world, and I am glad we have it this way.

There's a bigger chance of him catching a bullet by some pissed off person on the outside, he's much safer in prison and he knows it.

How can you classify someone as a danger to the public before an act of aggression was seen?

Consider as well the risk that basing the classification such acts could mean certain actions with irreversible damage could have happened by then.

The Swedish and norways Punishments against persons like this are silly, if this was america he could be judged For lifetime in jail on every victim he killed, and was it about 70? so i guess it is 40 years in amerca on lifetime... , so then he would gather 40 x 70 = wich makes 2800 Years...


Death or a sentence Like that would be a  good Punishment for a very sick man like him...

He will be out in 12 years.

Why? Next year he will finish his autobiography, that will be sold and give him a good funding, he already has influential friends.
In 5 years he will start proclaiming that he now distantiates himself from his past, as during the time in jai he regained his humanity that he disabled to do the attacks.
In 10 years he will ask for release based on his changed views on humanity and society. From his earnings he will make a donation to support the victims and the party which members he killed. The case will be denied after someone makes it public.
In 12 years he will make  new request, and his lawyers will point out that it should be handled outside the public in order oto make it fair. He will be released.
