I got a Window 7 uLTIMATE Computer, Processor- Intel(R) CPU 430 @ 1.80 GHz Ram:4GB, 32bit and it lags like fuk on gta... what is that problem? I think its my processor... but im no good on this stuff... anyone can help me out?

Chicks wanna holla, can't be my baby mama, coz I don't need that drama, unless she Rihanna. Most of you arsholes are bummy, I'll pop a cherry now she calling me papi, she asking me what's on my body, Versace Versace Versace. Been that guy since Oxide Neutrino, Boudn 4 da, Boudn 4 da reload, Dickhead's as big as  my ego. Man will give her the d on the d low.

To start off, Windows 7 uses quite a fair bit of system power.
Not to mention, 32bit Windows 7 only reads 3.5gb of Ram.
Your best bet would be to install Windows XP instead of Windows 7.

It may be the procesor, yeah cuz your pc graphics are too high for your procesor, change it.

Hmm.. I have 1gb RAM and lowest graphics settings and it runs quite good (60fps mostly, 20fps when theres hell of a bunch cars hehe). Perhaps you should change your settings to lowest (the best thing to do, quality sucks, performance is what matters tbh). And yeah, install Windows XP, put all effects on off or low, and you're done :) No lag.. and also, use a smaller resolution, and again, low settings on gta sa menu to.

It's dead, whether you like it or not.

We need some REALLY BIG CHANGES.

To change graphics, do it via the settings ---> Graphic settings ----> Advanced ---> Turn everything to lowest, Also make sure that while playing argo you don't have anything running in the background by ctrl alt delete ---> task manger ---> Processor tab ----> ending only process you know, and dont use.. Ex Skype, MSN, Internet explorer etc..

You should not downgrade from Win7. Windows XP does not support DX11 (preferred for most modern games).

Your processor (Intel Celeron 430) is about 5 years old, you need to upgrade. However, your processor's socket type is LGA775, an old, unused socket type. Your computer may be so old that your hard drive may  use an IDE connector, rendering most of your components useless. You may just be better off buying a new computer.

LGA775 isn't necessarily unused since Core 2 Duo & Quad run those, and they're still relatively good compared to todays standards.

I would replace "unused" with "unsupported" or "outdated." The supported chipsets only allow for PCIe 1.1, little wiggle-room with the DDR3 memory speeds (if the chipset supports DDR3), SATAII, DX10 and other outdated technologies. Upgrading a CPU on a LGA775 socket is a waste.
