Paul will be the most appropriate person to help with this issue.
It is indeed a forum problem and end-users cannot help fix it except report the issue.

As for my experience theses bugs Present/appear when : Copying Something from Other website or from Microsoft office, note pad, etc. Modifying someone's quote and posting it.
