I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Your ISP can still see your searches, google even prioritises search on incognito searches for NSA, the only thing is google can't sell your searches to advertising companies.. gratz, you are lying to yourself if you think incognito is protecting you.
