Clans and Groups moderation... A few changes

  Hi guys, you may have noticed but I am returning as a Clans and Groups moderator. It's been a while since I was last involved but I hope I can help improve your experience ingame and on forums, with some help of course from the current mods (and if you are interested in becoming one... PM me), and some cooperation from the Clan and Group leaders.

  My vision for this is simple, I do not want to limit your RP, and I want you to have fun ingame. But there are problems such as flaming, provoking (ingame and out), some of which comes from wars over nothing. Whilst I have nothing against any gang wars (Gang war FAQ, I do not agree with endless fighting and any rulebreaks that can arise from it.

  If such things can happen, If there are problems with groups and you cannot discuss it easily with other groups. Contact me! and I will deal with it with group leaders.

What does this mean for you?
  For an improvement to be made, if any needs to be made... I need the leaders cooperation, which means leaders will have a certain responsibility to enforce the server rules in their groups (they will be alerted by administration or Clans and Group moderators should we recieve significant reports). If leaders do not care about rulebreaking members, in extreme circumstances group may be shut down as it encourages wrong kind of message.

  As well... if a large proportion of a group is continuously rulebreaking, and the leadership does nothing, they may recieve a group warning. This is a message displayed on the FIRST POST of a clan or group such as:

  And this may be the result of ingame or forum actions.

  On the flipside, I really do want the Clans and group mods to be helpful to clans and groups... not just picking off forum provocations etc, but actively helping out with advice, issues, problems etc.

  So I am looking for some active forum members to join the Groups and Clans moderator team, who can take neutral stance and realistic approach to solving any issues. PM me for further details. If you are in a group or have previous experience, that may help your application.
