2. I'm the ARFD Commissioner. It is my responsibility to handle all FD-related stuff in the community, to grow the FD-related groups into something successful, and manage ARFD overall. I'm pretty sure that gives me a say in how things are handled. I didn't say anything about scripts. You did.
3. Provoking is not allowed.

1. Wrong. They are ARFD. That doesn't mean they can break server rules and the law. They are treated the same way ARPD Officers are. If you wish to tell me I'm wrong, ask the President himself. 2. Don't make provoking comments.
