Why do cops get so much leeway?

One thing that I've noticed time and time again is how much leeway police officers get. It's quite surprising, actually. Cops can kill suspects for simply being a suspect, not even allowing any time to give up. Hell, cops can  kill almost any civilian and get away with it! I can't count the number of times I've been killed as a civilian by a cop, not to mention cops that just kill random people for the fun of it. I'll admit, I've seen cops get punished, but seen way more cops get away with dming. Now if that was a civilian doing the killing, you can bet he'd be punished immediately. I know i can't be the only person that feels this way. Some people will think I'm moaning, but oh well. If anybody could give an answer, Why do cops get so much leeway?

why regular player gets abused by cops and why admin always say "report on [email protected]"
i know you ain't getting paid to be an admin, but it's simple, if you don't like people moaning, then quit being admin?
let someone else take the job, someone who is interested and won't bitch and moan about the community "MOANING"
about wanting just a teeny winzy, tiny bit of change around here? you know damne right what the responsibility of being an
admin would bring you, if you can't take the pressure then it's simple, leave the job or do something progressive.
Now, i know there's like 1203012301203 players reporting at the same time, but there's always a /q button,
you don't even have to be admin, you wanted this.. remember? it all comes down to this, with great power, comes great responsibility.
it seems to me like admins are the ones that betch more and more each time someone makes a topic like this, trying to make a fair statement.
we all have the same rights, yeah it might be your website, yeah of course it's your server. But when they all get tired of being mistreated like this, they will leave, and when they all leave... what do you have left? nothing.

Do you imply new players who roleplay as cops will get tought anything by meeting the attitude you display, Ron? Do you think you are improving their self-confidence and teaching them anything about the server, rules or/and the cop work by saying the above?

Everyone on the server gets treated equally from administration perspective. New players being highlighted about the rules and server in general. If they meet veterans who say "You are a terrible cop" do you think they will learn anything? Can the sentence be improved to sound better and actually help the player in question?
The cop who killed you were involved in a roleplay I hosted during this evening. It went out of line for a minute but I later managed to balance it again, though I was too late to prevent you from dying and I missed the incident. You got killed by a new officer (he had played one day) and you told he was a terrible cop. Is that the way you say players will improve and get highlighted of what is wrong and right?

Look at your self before looking at others. Instead of attempt to change others, attempt to realise what you need to change to improve you. By improving your self you are also improving others.

Well i can't exactly help anybody out while getting my vehicle shot up..... I've tried to help out, never seems to work. I'll keep my help in /h. Cops don't tend to listen to civilians. A cop needs to help out a new cop. There were plenty of "experienced" (if you will) officers around there. "unknown" i think his name was even told the officer to calm down, he really took that into consideration i see. Of course i had an attitude, he blew up my vehicle for no reason then kills me. And i was not just highlighting this incident. Which is why i made no mention of it in my first post. It was only one of many. I was tempbanned and it's over. But I've been thinking about this for quite a while since this and decided to act today. So it seems the answer is "Everyone on the server gets treated equally from administration perspective."

what if he report? i have been 3days full active, did more than 30 reports, when 4-5+ admins online, for such a reasons stated in this topic, nothing happened mate, /report ID is just a shit, so Ron LET YOUR GUN TO TALK.
