Pheonic - don't panic, the message below doesn't affect your account itself or, for instance, it's not "banning" you from anything. Practically everything within the City Hall works around roleplay.
 
I personally really enjoy illegal roleplays, but it's best to do them "behind the scenes" in the server, without drawing too much attention to yourself, as that could result in the police asking your to surrender your drugs and even arresting you (for example).

The City Hall is overseen by the Government of the United States of Argonath. It is the ideal place for companies, big and small, to present their services and grow in the city.

However, in Vice City the government does not permit the operation of any businesses that may be working on illegal grounds, potentially harming the welfare of citizens and otherwise overstepping the constitution.

Concern has been raised against your business, and it has been noted that all/majority of what you do explicitly crosses legal bounds:

The Buisness is of Drug Dealing and killing the player you want.
Our Office is at Print Workers near Phil's Place.Note - we dont help cops.

The Ratez are as follows-

1 Weed = 300
1 LSD = 500
1 Heroin = 1000

and all (just add 100 extra in the main price)


Killing Ratez-

1 Player = 1000(with weapons)
1 Player = 500 (without weapons)

Also Helps in Transporting -

Running from a bank rob = 5000
Evade from a cop = 6000
