I have encountered this problem a few times over the last few days. I have been gettin quite frustrated with the fact that civilians are being able to just randomly help suspects. Even today as I was about to take down a high profile suspect, a random civilian comes along and helps them escape in an NRG. I was hoping that as a community we could produce some sort of rule that would disallow civilians who are NOT part of the RP with the suspect to help suspets escape. I fully understand if the civilian was part of the RP but had not been suspected yet but would hope we can put this rule in place to make sure random civilians are not getting invloved with police - suspect matter.
Thanks for reading and hope you agree. :)

There are some People in game who like to be suspect all the time and wants that cops always chase him ,thats why whenever they saw any suspect they follow him and if suspect escaped from cops they leave and if they saw suspect is in trouble and cops can catch him or kill they pm them and say to get on the vehicle. They thinks by doing this they also get suspect and cop will chase him.
That's really frustrating for cops.

I will tell you from personal experience that this is frustrating. Im guessing it also falls under the banner of copbaiting.

What's the problem, if my friends are in trouble with cops of course i will help them, i don't see nothing bad in picking up your friend from a trouble.

Yeah, and Macedonians were all the time Macedonians, not a Greeks...

If its a friend yes, but if it is a random player I see a lot of bad in it.

Yes, this is the exact point im trying to show everyone.
It would be great if we could introduce some sort of rule to stop randoms from helping suspects when they are not part of an RP.
It annoys me when this happens and I wouldnt mind to see a rule in place to help cops be able to chase a suspect fairly.

You shouldn't be annoyed. At least not so much, because it may ruin your gameplay however I am pretty sure you'll all have fun later, as it's more challenging for you, so as the suspect.

I believe that a police operation  is interesting/exciting for any civilian, whatever his position, I don't know much people IRL who ignore a police opperation when they meet one, so in a game I can easely understand it's an exciting RP you wish to be part of, maybe the civilians should be taken in consideration by the police during their interventions and not let out of the RP. But there is also the case of "citizen" who wish to be suspect to have some chase with police which, in this case, is not realy a question of RP and then it is a problem for the RP.

You have to see this from the point of view of administration.
Either we do not allow any citizen to help suspects in any way, or we keep the current situation where it is possible to report in case the proviledge to help is abused.
The first one is the easiest to regulate, the second offers the most freedom.

Well I do support the first to not allow citizens to help suspects.
Problem is, does everyone else agree?

I agree,
If the player is random and we are not friend of him then we cant help him or we can help when we are also suspect.
So if a player helps a random suspect , it should happen that cop can report and that player is frozen for 15-20 minutes for doing this thing.
What you think.

Yeah, but the admins have the right to choose the punishment depending on the situation :)

This means you do not agree. If we disallow any citizen to help, it does not matter if he is your friend or not.
If we have to make it a rule, anyone with a non-orange name is not allowed to assist.
