   9/11 Remembered


  Eleven years ago, on the eleventh of September, 2001(9/11), the terrorist organisation of Osama Bin Laden took under assault the New York City and Washington D.C. from United States of America. A total of 4 planes had to hit strategic points of the U.S.A.:

   -The Pentagon
   -The White House
   -The World Trade Center(WTC)

 
  3 of the 4 planes hit their targets, but fortunately, the 4th plane failed to reach it's target due to the courage and smartness of the voyagers in that flight.

 

  But, Pentagon and WTC were badly hit. While Pentagon was hit just in a wing, situation at WTC gone worse:

  The whole Fire Department from the NY state and some from New Jersey responded to the fire. The tactic was simple: evacuate the cititzens, and extinguish the fire. But the heat at the impact zone reached even 1000 degrees, so many people jumped off the building, from about over 100 meters. When the Fire Department arrived, they began to evacuate the buildings) N and S towers ) and climbed up to the 89th and 74th floors. But, it was too late. The towers collapsed after 1hrs and 40mins(N tower) and 47 minutes(S tower). A total of 343 firefighters died, over 20 police officers, and about 2500 civilians. The final deceases number is 2989 deaths.







  In present day, a memorial was built on the footprints of the ex-WTC. A total of 7 buildings will be constructed before 2013. Osama Bin Laden was succesfully killed by the Marine 1st Force Recon Troops. But the pain still remains.

 

   
  Then, I came with this idea.

  Why cannot Argonath celebrate the 11th Anniversary of that disaster?

   So, with some friends, I organised an epic event on Argonath: A 9/11 memorial event. Everybody is invited, but we have some special guests too:

   -San Andreas Fire Department
   -San Andreas Police Department
   -Federal Bureau of Investigation
   -Argonath RPG Fire Department
   -Argonath RPG Police Department
   -Argonath Road Administration
   -Argonath Radio
   -United States of Argonath Army
   -President Gandalf
   -Prime Minister Aragorn
   -Administration:
   [Rstar]DellStorm/Faramir
   [Rstar]xCasio/Gimli
   Every administration team member



  Also, everybody could have some flares with him, to come with a presentation of his own to be read infront of everybody, about the event that occured, some guns[Law Enforcement Only!], and some flowers.



  This is an event that will bring an hommage to our heroes lost at that towers, including the firefighters, officers, and others, the hostages from the planes, that were killed without they could know, the suffering families of the victims, and for the New York city and Washington D.C., that were cruely attacked by the terrorists that day. Rest in peace all victims of 9/11. Amen.
