Simple Problem,When i startup my laptop its just like starts up and keeps going "Starting Windows" IDK what to do need help please it boots ok but doesnt go further after Starting Windows

Sounds like a system/software problem, does it just freeze up on the "Starting Windows" screen? If it's no longer under guarantee perhaps take it back to the shop, if not I would say re-install Windows.

I remember some function named Windows Startup Repair.
I think it can be accessed by entering the CD/DVD of Windows 7, enter the install app, but choose Recovery and then Startup Repair.

XP = no DX10... which a lot of new games are relying on.
