Chapter 1: The beginning of the end.
(The following is an alternate, fictional ending to the story in GTA:SA)
It wasn't long after the death of Officer Frank Tenpenny that the state of San Andreas was on
high alert. Due to the lack of evidence regarding Tenpenny's corruption, CJ was to be hunted
down and killed on sight. Not wanting to allow that to happen, the Grove Street Families later,
asked that he leaves the state and head to Liberty City for refuge, but soon after he arrived at
Liberty City and settled into an apartment, SWAT discovered his hiding, raided and executed CJ
after he attempted to escape the building wielding a 9mm pistol, Sweet was later arrested by
the FBI for murder and drug charges, he was sentenced to life in jail at Mordor along with many
other of Grove Street Families members leaving the ones left outside to run what CJ and Sweet
had left behind, Ganton Convicts was then born, the name decided after many of it's members
had spent lengthy time at Mordor mainly for murder and drugs charges, the members of Ganton
Convicts now continue what GSF once was, but in a more organised and richer operation, as the
gangs story now builds itself as time goes on..

The goals of this gang are to bring up a new style of gang roleplay with a minimum usage of weapons,
the gang encourages it's members to end roleplay situations without a shootout as many situations
end this way and completely ruin any trust during any future roleplay situations, another big goal of the
gang is to assist and help new players and set an example and style for them to use throughout their
time in Argonath.  Ganton Convicts is the newest and will be the most permanent Grove gang in the
long list of others, the gang has no leaders and is ran purely off respect between all of it's members
and founders  with some members having Grove history that stretches back 4 years or more, our turf is
located at  Ganton but also have a strong hold on parts of Idlewood which includes Gas Station 9 along
with Idlewood Pizza, anyone is welcome to hang out and roll with the gang but will have to prove them
-selves before being allowed into the CB Channel or being considered a full member of the gang, GC was
founded on the 18th September 2012.

All the members of Ganton Convicts are listed here, applications have been added below but all applicants
will need to prove that they are what the gang is looking for in-game before being considered a member of the gang.

they have stayed active and roleplayed whenever possible within Ganton Convicts, the pictures of the

Applications were never meant to be something we had but due to a lack of recruitment we
have decided to create them, after posting an application it is crucial you keep activity up and
roleplay with the gang as much as possible and follow the guidelines down to the last word.
Applications are only to be accepted by full members of the gang (those on the member list).
Although applications have now been created people are selected to be a member of the gang
judging on their behavior, roleplay, actions and activity in-game which is also why the format
of the application is so short with a lack of questions.

The map includes Ganton and a small part of Idlewood where Groves owns business or has
a hangout there,the carpark next to Idlewood pizza is a common place where Grove Streets
gangsters hang out.The turf of the gang is highlighted in green on the map below.

This group has more interest than I expected in it's first 3 days..
I guess the only reason Grove is inactive is because nobody ever steps up to the plate and gets shit started.
