I support this idea. I think it would be an interesting way to fight crime (if there is any) with a baton and fists!
But rather than a law thing going on here.
Why not do some generalized rp the whole day?
I dunno exactly what could take place. But maybe a tourism thing or something?

Leroy got the point. No need for HYOOOOOOOOGE criminal activity on that day. Any RP that requires more than one person (and NO shootouts) is good enough.
