We're playing on an international server. There are different timezones in which people are playing. I usually see about 5-8 people online almost daily. If you are moaning about 'No one is online' '0 server rate'. Try to join in the server and wait for a while, players will get attracted by you and drop by..

Moaning wont be helping, try to be the solution of the problem.
