You can make Stuff for it, Like a bussines to make the newspaper. Manager  :rules: <----- :P Anyway you can name it "Daily Bugle" like in Spiderman.I tried to open something like this but it failed.

It's wonderful, I like the idea. Also you could sumbit there a business offers (example: someone selling house or business) and take money for advertisement.  Good luck!
