The general policy for future reference is that all modifications must not give you an advantage not normally experienced over other players. That being said it should be clear that no, this modification would not be permitted. It significantly effects the movement style and speed of a person, and therefore violates the aforementioned modification policy.

I think a 'no' was good enough..

0:15 - Person would be banned for CJ run hacks.
0:29 - Person would be kicked for abusing, since they could run away from cops by using this mod.
0:58 - Possible to combine this with a river or some alternative to fool players?
