And yeah, when you start the game select your profile and click "EDIT" than select the mods, click "APPLY" and start the game

how do you install that mega mod?

As any other mod, if its .zip unzip it, it will be a .scs, put it in Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\Mods, start the game, select profile, click EDit .. etc

When you start the game at the Profile Selection screen there will be 4 buttons, EDIT is one of them. Do you have the last version of the game? 1.3.1?

If you got a legal version of the game you can update to 1.3.1 from their website.
If you pirated it you can still update it, but I guess I can't say how because of forum rules.
