You can already buy car and use it, but dont use the Police parts like police skin and sirens because you need to be a police officer.

What i know only admins can be police officer =) But you can be pilot and use yellow siren ro lead a convoy. But its really nice =) i love my car

Surprised that the game has such a high playercount tho :P

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Yeah atound 3000-8000 players total, its very active also good updates =)
