The lack of effort and dedication the new SWAT requires.  I mean all you do is fill up application and be ingame to be reviewed. 

Back in time you had to be literally great at everything on field,in attitude,in discipline,in knowledge to even be considered of being SWAT member. It took usually 5 months from time you join department to get into SWAT,if you had done enough effort in policing to be one.   

You were constantly under view of CMD who was observing your actions on field and how do you perform overall and are you capable even do SWAT trainings,not speaking about operations .

At the current SWAT as far I know only Drix is from old SWAT,so he is probably only one to understand what I am talking about.

First of all, even if no application is created we always review those who are apart of law enforcement to see if they fit the division, this is done under strict watch and they must pass high standards before being invited. The application process itself is a hard process even altho the application itself may not look to be one, the reason for that is that we only require applicants to fill basic information in a application as in a further stage they will actually be questioned, reviewed etc.

This still counts, we do not accept every officer who just is active and has joined the SAPD. We only hire the few elite who fit our profile, perform excelent in game and show great attitude.

such as Marcus_Ferreira, [WS]Mash, [WS]Dolfa, Trane Kiedis, iMarkz, AirOne.Paris etc.

The OLD SWAT were liked by people on Argonath, but it was not effective.
SRU / SRU-SWAT were hated by people on Argonath, but it was the most effective team I've seen on Argo.
The SWAT that came after SRU were neutral on both sides, hated by some, someone liked them, but not as bad as the old SWAT, still not as effective as SRU / SRU-SWAT

Things are always gonna change, someone are gonna like how it works, some are gonna hate it. You simply have to deal with it.

The the current leaders of SWAT; Stop giving a shit about what the haters say and do it your own way, thats how its gonna be the most effective, dont respond to them and you will be a few steps ahead of them. You should also concider getting rid of some people and get new ones into SWAT, even if they attitude is shitty, it can get better if they get the change to join you.

I'm sorry, but I said no such thing. You're the one here talking nonsense, because I never ever said ANYTHING about "very old" (sounds more appropriate) SWAT except for implying it was the best, the funniest times. Quit provoking.
