When I enter the game, I log in by putting in my password, and when I spawn, I see my character surrounded by sky and then I crash. I don't know what to do. Please Help!

maybe somebody hacked the server? it also happened to me without the sky

Could be a few things.
If you are falling out of the sky when you log in, press TAB a lot of times until you land safely, and as soon as you reach land, use /resetspawn.
If you're seeing 'the stairway to heaven' as I call it, first try the /exit command, if it doesn't work, just simply ask an administrator in-game for help. ;)
