Dear Court,

I have decided to go forward with an action against Mr. Marcell after the incidents that took place this afternoon.
I recently was strolling down little Haiti as i stumbled upon Marcell with a shotgun and killed me.
   Do to the timing i took the picture, it did not show that he killed me.
So then all the sudden i crashed.
As i got back to the server i demanded to pay me back because he killed for no reason.
Exhibit A:

he said that he killed me because for calling 911 (that time Marcell was wanted)
But i did /c 911 im prank calling
which he dont believe and refuses to pay me back.
I then accuse Mr. Marcell for the following:
 -Killing Innocent person
 -Blames Innocent person
 -Refusing to pay me back
 -Doesn't say sorry
 -Looted my dead body
My demand is that the court of law applies it's  justice to Marcell. I am also requesting jail expenses to marcell, apology from marcell, and all the money marcell has because he doesn't deserve it.

JAMEZZZ, you died. In a roleplay sense, a dead man can't sue someone in a courthouse. If he killed you for no reason as you say he did, it becomes a matter of investigating a deathmatch claim -- which is an administrative issue. This case is invalid.

If this case were valid, and you did sue him, you can't sue him for "all the money that he has because he doesn't deserve it." You can only sue for damages that are directly related to the case. If you lost $225, you can only sue for $225. You cannot demand the reward from him being detained and jailed, as that reward is paid out to the detaining officer as a reward for arresting him.

If it's found to be deathmatching, maybe you can get it back. $225 is still a pretty insignificant amount that can be earned back in many, many different ways.

However if they don't want to hire you since you can't cross a road without killing yourself or they're not satisfied, that's not my problem. Especially when you're trying to join a weapon smuggle (not talking about scripted smuggle) scenario by screaming 'GUYZ LET ME JOIN' on main chat instead of roleplaying your way through (like for example Woka did yesterday)

Marcell can't be anything else than right in this situation.
New players are talking about the lack of possibilities to make money.
But when there's an opportunity they don't respond.

I know it is hard to actually work for your dollars, but at least try it.

Fellas, I may not be the authority on the functioning of the VCMP courts, but how in the world can he make a court case AFTER he died. Even if someone is taking the responsibility to address this situation, classify it as a server rulebreak, not a court case.
