First of all, sorry that your topic somewhat deteriorated. I'm sorry that some people don't know how to post properly, don't encourage them.

• The Court and the Case: The Court of Vice City is entirely a roleplay government institution. So generally, proceedings in here should fit somewhere in line with the roleplay or be accountable to roleplay in the server. In this case in that RP you did die - you were killed - so you cannot make a court case suing your killer, hence why people have said that this is an invalid case. Stormeus explained this quite well.
  
  Also, as a criminal act hopefully the police would have taken the necessary actions and charged them. At most, if you had not died, you may have been given some kind of a state allowance/compensation... but that is of course entirely dependent on the roleplay at the time. This one's a bit difficult in Argonath, as unlike in real life we don't have insurance.
  
  If you felt he killed you for no reason, deathmatched, that's something for the Admin Team.
  /c report (if Admin is available)  or [email protected] would be the best places to get help.
  
  P.S. It's also best not to point out your own unlawful acts/misdeeds (like prank calling 911 or death threats) in court as it can often be used against you.
  
  
• Evidence: Again going on the validity point, to make sure that your case is a strong one and so that the judge can make a full decision it's very important to give as much info as possible. e.g. Screenshots, witnesses, reliable sources.
  
  
• Making Demands: Technically you can make any demand you want but it's down to the court how much or how little is given. Of course, you could make claims on all sorts of things, and the court tries to make it as fair as possible.
  
  -"Jail expenses to marcell" - Processed by the police, they would be paid for their work and the government covers all the expenses to hold criminals in its jails. You are not rewarded for calling 911, it's not a call line... the emergency services are doing the service. (Technically speaking all 911 calls/emergency calls don't cost money for the caller anyway.)
  
  -"Apology from marcell" - It's not something that is "essential" or something people would be charged against. If they were some government official, a police member w/e they could be asked to do that by whoever deals out their punishment.
  
  - "All the money marcell has because he doesn't deserve it" - Don't know if you were serious or not, but to prove that he doesn't deserve it, first you'd likely have to make a larger court case (or series of cases) alleging fraud, illegalities...
  
  At most you'd be given a suitable compensation in a valid court case, should the defendant be found guilty.
  This should be appropriate to match your losses, and to cover associated expenses that the court accepts.

- It is a roleplay court, first of all, you cannot make a court case AFTER you died, since ghosts do not rights, sadly. Second, if you feel like he killed you for no reason (That is, deathmatched), report him to any administrator with proof (screenshots and such or chatlogs or whatever)

- Make a strong case, and provide suitable evidence.

- The courts decide what you will be given, it is not your right.

Tsubasa makes a good point, JAMEZZ in the future actually have a resaonable case. Have witnesses, evidence, etc.
