My hardware is superior to any recommendations of any game out there, but even my friends 10 years old PC run them easily. You just need right emulator and a good .iso

The settings can affect it too, and I don't use .ISO's. Those are illegal to obtain. I use the discs.

I tried playing VCS with PS Emulator, but the game speed kept shifting , from lag to being too fast, well, impossible to play.

You need to force VSync on to match the FPS with your monitors Hz (usually 60) for the game to not go too fast. Sometimes it also prevents lag since there are no spikes in FPS (huge raises and drops in matter of second).
