I got a bit lower configuration and never lag on IV . . . you should check all the options :P

All options = 16x AF, 32x AA, Vsync with 120 Hz monitor, every-fucking-setting on highest possible + mods that make the game heavier.

My GPU can't even run my skyrim with the mods I have

Makes trees look nicer with texture mods

And I didn't mean that I lag always, sometimes there is FPS lag, no matter how good your PC is. So to everyone saying "my PC doesn't lag at all high settings blabla" is just plain bs. There's always a spike somewhere

Like that place full of trees going from Dillimore to SF in SA I used to lag there with my old pc.

Uh, I've got my SA on Very High and noany lag with a 2mb/s connection and a 56 ping.. Noany mods anymore to since I deleted everything .

I used to play SA:MP with heavy mods, but I can tell, playing SA:MP without mods is the best you can ever have

If you lag in the multiplayer clients, then it is your internet connection causing it. A 2MBPS download speed is quite slow by today's standards, and knowing 99% of the ISP's out there, you likely have an even slower upload speed than that, which will cause you more syncing issues.

Understandable. Not trying to diss on your connection or anything. I realize that some areas don't offer anything better, or at least offer anything better at a reasonable price.
