If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8, it will if those settings aren't on. If you are on XP or below, you don't need the settings and it won't. You have either one of the newer OS'es with the settings on, or one of the older ones with them off, or you are using the newer server browser. It is a consistent, OS-related issue that doesn't just disappear and appear on some systems.

I used Vista and 7 and i never had these windows spam issue.

I just told you, I'm on Windows 7 without these "settings" and it works fine.
