I was listening about this on the radio and they suggested a third party possibly a fourth, that itself would be a good idea ha.

USA gives more room for the party system than some other representative democracies of similar standing.
At the moment their executive body is occupied by both the Democrats and Republicans, maintaining a "half and half" system... guess that keeps it a bit more equal than making way for a one party rule.

Why do most Americans moan about Obama, they didn't want Romney, but they don't want Obama either.. :trust:

I guess who can really do a hugely better job, especially given the burden of still having to deal with the economic downturns.

I hope Obama will remain in office, if he will, then I believe this act would have contributed to it. I really believe some serious shit will go down if Romney becomes president. I'm surprised anyone even has trust in him. To be honest, Ron Paul was my favourite all along. Too bad he has no chance at all now that it's basically Romney versus Obama. Having said that, to me it's obvious which candidate a sane man would vote for.

I'm happy.

As you can see, Obama wouldn't have been my first choice if there were more candidates left, sadly, for some reason, all the other candidates vanished early in the race. Ron Paul would've been great, but Obama isn't so bad, apart from what he approved of in the east, e.g. Syria, Libya and Afghanistan. I'd pick anyone else over Romney any time.

btw romney's a mormon

TBH I think their political/voting system is a joke, it all seems unfair and like alot of America's citizens in the 'battle grounds' are silenced by a majority vote of their state..

It's the same with the UK. In the past, the Lib Dems have actually gained a lot of the overall vote, but because their support is so widespread, they never win any constituencies.

Yeah, I guess one of the probs with the 'first-past-the-post' that's here.
