I'm having the same problem as well. It seems that all SA:MP servers are on the fritz.

It's either RS5 testing went awry in some parts, or the server is being DDoS'd again

There is a DDoS attack in progress. It's happening off and on.

Can't we get the tempIP up and running? Or is it Sauron/Gandalf that only can do that?

Only they can do it, and Gandalf is in bed right now. He went to bed as it was happening, opting to wait it out through the night since not many users will be awake.
