Design a logo, win 150k

Hey there,

I'm currently looking for a logo for an academy that will be opening within ARA. It's width should be no more than 500, and it's should height be no more than 180. You should try and keep the logo connected to roads and roadworks. The main colour scheme should be grey, but I don't mind if you use something different. The logo should have the text "Institute of Highway Engineers", It must have a transparent background.Try to make your logo look unique, here are some examples:
