PSY is from the country of PEACEFUL MORNING! NINE CIRCLES are actually 9 ZEROS, and those 9 zeros are reffered to number 1 BILLION, wich has 9 zeros, and GANGNAM STYLE is estemated to reach 1 BILLION IN DECEMBER 21st. 2012!!!
