With the majority of my team except a few members active, and the forums locked out there isnt much I can do to raise activity. We weere in the process of reformation when the majority of forums went down for security purposes

Without the key link on the forums (where the majority of my work is siutated) there isnt much I can do. At least try and help me get the forums back up?

For any eagle eyed viewer who managed to see my post, i removed it temporarily so I can structure it better to ensure maximum efficiency in communicating what I wish to say.

I'm not going to bother with my structured response (because it's gone forever):

Here's a TLDR version, please treat it as you would have done with my 2300 word one:

- I have seen ARA causing more congestion
- I have seen ARA placing barriers without any prior notification to anyone, anywhere.
- When it is role playing, it does not seem to interact with others.
- Police have to constantly over look ARA from a distance, often just parked by, watching (waste of time / resources)
- It'd be better to give cones and breakable barriers to cops.
- ARA director should not rely on the forums alone.
- Thread needs to be active as it is a Sticky one and as it is an official means for communication between the public, and ergo can be used to let them know about works.
