Leon Finlay was born in El Quebrados hospital, at El Quebrados.  Without much things to do at a small, stranded town such as El Quebrados, he moved to Fort Carson where he finished a police academy, after which he was sent to Los Santos. There he bought a small shack that he could barely afford, at Las Colinas, and continued serving at the Los Santos Police Department for the next 3 years, from 2012 to 2015. Not finding much pleasure working with untrained forces of the Los Santos Police Department, he decided to apply for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his process of writing an FBI application, he forgot about an e-bay auction, which made him lose plenty of money. This got Leon in big financial debts, which he was unable to pay with a small paycheck of an officer. This forced Leon to do second jobs, such as internship at rental companies, interior designing, etc. etc.

I shouldn’t have put questions that I can’t answer.. I am an experienced citizen of Argonath, I have all the required documents and a gun training. At the police academy, I have been trained to manage traffic, which is one of the duties that ARA has got.

Jeffrey was born at  Jefferson memorial hospital in los santos. As a young boy Jeffrey grew up in ganton leading his friends around the hood.They got into lots of malicious activitys stealing cars, petty theft. lightweight stuff. then it just escalated and escalated. As Jeff got older he got jumped into the Grove street families gang. From there his power grew as he became well know throughout san andreas. Then in a flash it all came to a stop. Jeff was arrested and jailed for 3 years on multiple drug charges.Now that jeff is out of jail he is looking to turn his life around and get on the right track, even tho he still has ties to the gang.
Why should we accept you? What makes you better than other applicants?
I think I should be accepted because I consider myself a top tier roleplayer and many people tend to agree with me. I have been apart of the argonath samp community since 2010.And I remember roleplaying with ARA back in the days when dave and zaila were leaders. I took about a year break in 2013-14 before making a return last winter. I believe I would bring a lot of experience and exceptional role play skills to the Argonath Road Administration.

Silvester was born in San Fierro hospital.it was a tough neigborhood, i made friends and enemies there i was victim of bulling at my school, i couldn't live in that way of life and getting beat every day at school so i decided to join an Kung Fu academy at San Fierro Doherty, i learned how to defend myself i learned what's the point of the life, why are we here i mean everything about the life becouse the Kung Fu.
When i was 20 i maried and we moved at Los Santos near at Verona Beatch we made 2 kids named George and Daniel, both of them grew up and moved to LV and made their own family when they left...
