1) You need to have "TXD Editor", that you are going to use to put the files to your Gta3.img file
/Rockstar Games/San Andreas/Models.

where do u find car mods that dont affect handling.cfg??

All mods i found did modify it, so online game - no....

All cars handlings are included in samp.saa - Which can NOT be modified.
