I guess a C++ external module could be done for Squirrel ( if we ever move on it ) which would call a C++ function from the script to restart the server whenever the script is unloaded ( onScriptUnload ). This should be easy fo' stormeus

It isn't needed. There is already a Squirrel server version out there. VC:MP RS2.x is planned already to be on Squirrel.
