Possible forum bug?

First of all, this concerns me and not the forum in general - I just couldn't find a better place to post this.

I'm currently forum banned, apparently. Not me personally, but my IP.
I'm on vacation in St. Petersburg and forums have been working fine until today when it said "Sorry Comrade, you are banned from using this forum. The ban is not set to expire."
I realised it must be the IP as I can't access the forums from neither a regular browser nor my phone, however a proxy (which I am using now) works just fine.

I've gotten no notice via email and I'm certain I haven't done anything that would earn me a permanent forum ban (I made a single post during my whole time in St. Petes and it was on the ARUN boards), so it's either a mistake or a bug.
Question is, am I the only victim or is this a well known bug so far? And am I forced to use a proxy until I get back home or will this be sorted out?

It is not a bug, but someone seems to have used the IP to post something that got him banned. If that happens, it depends on what exactly happened if we remove the IP or not.
In general, if you might hav this IP for a longer time, we could remove the ban trigger. For that send the IP through PM and we will check which user was banned.
If you are just using it a short time, keep using the proxy.

I am going to be here until 7th of January so I'll send you the IP through PM. If you don't consider 8 days to be a longer time I'll just manage with the proxy. It's not a huge problem but slightly annoying that I can't access forums through my phone and regular Opera browser.
