Failed To Connect

Hello gize, so i installed the game and patches and IV MP, but when i enter the IP Address of the server, enters in the Statue of Happiness Map saying Connecting to 178.63.52.144:9999 but then its says, connection failed trying again, but it wont work it keeps in this cycle, what can i do?

The servers are currently down.

Everything but SA:MP is offline at the moment. Gandalf changed the IP on SA:MP to be separate from the other servers due to constant attacks, and I think he just forgot to restart the other ones after doing so. Give it some time and they should be back up soon.

yeeeh, the problem were the servers that were down and i did not knew :P, just entered in there
