i cant view the forums, i know this is the wrong forum but sorry this is the only forum i can view, y cant i view other forums?

after i clicked them, all what happened is the "-" changed to "+" and still i cant view the forums

If you are banned from forums, then at the top of your screen in red writing it will say:

You are banned from forums. You cannot post on any topics. and some other stuff.

No it wont... If you can only view 2 topics you are temp banned from the forums.. If you think im wrong, Then Gandalf must be wrong too
