Huge game PROBLEMS, Please help me ..

Since some time ago my game keeps freezing (Stops) and the computer takes alot of time to load objects, and sometimes doesnt load the stuff...This is really annoying and I am very pissed off.. :O

Note that my game is Great when playing on Single Player.

I Had this EXACT same problem

First thing I did.. uninstall the game, and delete the entire folder
Reinstall it into a new directory.. and install SAMP again.. that should do it.. it helped with me

Do you have any visual modifications installed?

Some mods (car mods) are infected, when SA:MP start they bugging the game. I had this oncw on my windows XP computer, when i deleted all mods, the map loading was much faster. (If you might have car mods or other mods, uninstall them. Its the only advice i can give).
