Yes, culture. What Reece talks about in the quote has nothing to do with culture. I know that in your schools anything south of Texas is treated as nothing so let me tell you - in Honduras, El Salvador etc. the violence is not prompted by culture. It is prompted by inequality and corruption.

Now the USA is a developed country, unlike El Salvador & neighbors. Yet they are more violent than the rest of the developed world?! We know USA don't have any 'environment factors' prompting violence, so the only option left is culture. The culture which is so friendly to dealing with problems through force that gives its country the award of biggest gun ownership.

It's nice to compare USA with a underdeveloped country, yeah? Now I wanna see you comparing USA with the rest of the developed world, where there is no significant inequality or corruption promoting violence.

So you're telling me that the kid who caused the Columbine Massacre wasn't prompted by inequality? Last I checked, it was caused by anger of being treated as inferior by others in his school.
