So I did look over the plans and commands that must be made. Some parts are missing... well some bigger parts and a shiploads of commands, but.... it are mostly just minor commands and made withing 2 minutes.

Systems: 89%
Duties: 78%
Chats: 99%
Administration: 73%

Sadly I need to leak that CB and Phones will not be released in Rock Stars IV 2.0 scripts. Sadly we tried out best, but it will be reintroduced in a later update!
