Having 0 pinky finger means, he left.
Having two pinky finger even after he left Yumeyoshi means, he is not loyal to the yakuza and have been either kicked, left, betrayed us or the player is too afraid to chop his or her last pinky finger and ran

I only hired you because after the Luciano conflict Eagle would no longer accept casualties in the process of aggressive expansion, we had various associates who could have done your job.

You were and still are a nothing, a nobody and therefore wouldn't be mourned. You were a pawn in a much larger game of chess that you could only ever dream of playing a major part in.

When I left Ichiwa-kai Mr Wo_Fat was granted a victory by default as Eagle couldn't find a replacement and had no choice but to close the syndicate.
