Hey! Me and my girlfriend are thinking about taking a two week vacation this summer, and would prefer something very (VERY!) exotic. Everything except Spain, Portugal, Gran Canaria and so on is appreciated.

I suggested Tashkent in Uzbekistan, and she laughed and thought it was a good idea, and we've both always wanted to go to the old, Soviet republics. We are both interested in culture and politics, so Uzbekistan and their human rights violations is a perfect opportunity, I suppose. Haha.

We have been to South Africa and Moldova so far.

She speaks fluent Farsi/Persian, so Tajikistan is also a posibility, and would be easier, but it is a little more expensive.

I ask you for assistance, as there are probably a lot more I don't know. Anything you suggest?

Brazil and Thailand are good travel destinations. Thailand, everything is cheap there, don't know about Brazil.
