Today, the 16th of January, something happened I couldn't let slide away.

I just helped Luca to build his shack on Ocean Beach.
When that was done, I left on my PCJ 600, when a cop was driving near me.
As a good citizen, I stopped and asked the cop if I could help him.

Out of nowhere he spiked my tires of the bike.
I rented this bicycle from EAF for personal use.

Because of this situation, I have to restore the bike to make it in perfect shape again.
Besides that I was personally shocked of the situation.

I suddenly stepped of my bike, and I stepped my foot in the spike.

Hereby I demand a claim of $1000 from D_NeUbll.

$250 for restoring the vehicle to perfect condition
$750 for medical supplies and the ambulance trip.

I will add a picture showing you the spikes were thrown at my wheels and a short part of the chat proving that I didn't provoke any of it.

The picture doesn't proof that it was D_NeUbll who did it, but other people can proof it.

If I would create a fake trial, I'm making fun of the whole community.
What kind of accusation is that when you weren't at the place of the crime itself.

And the part of you telling me I need to roleplay my evidence is just something I could add for extra roleplay, not for extra proof that it is a well organised case.

Most certainly, your honor.

As I noted in the first post, which is the start of this case. I got myself injured due to the spikes that were thrown at me. I do realize that the evidence I provided does not clear out the whole situation. Due to the spikes injuring my foot and leg this badly, I wasn't able to drive myself to a hospital to get myself cured. I had to call an ambulance to make it possible for me to get the right cure. Because my insurances don't pay up for ambulance drives from and to a hospital, I had to pay the charges myself. But because the injury wasn't my own mistake, but a mistake of the defendant, I request a refund from that same man.

There are certain people who can witness the situation which would clear out the fact that the defendant is responsible for all the costs I had to make to cure myself and fix the vehicle properly.

These people can be identified as: Luca, [EAF]Fuzzie and [DC]Hype.
During the situation they were nearby, at a shack on the beach.
They can confirm that I was trying to walk with the bike, which had spiked tires.
Due to my injury and the difficulty of holding the bike, the damage that was dealt on me and on the PCJ 600, was easy to notice.

I hereby hope that I have answered your questions properly.

I happened to come in Ocean Beach, where I saw the two citizens, Sorrow Scofield and Luca Gruia. Sorrow was helping Luca with building his beach hut. Sorrow had the PCJ-600 left close of the building. As soon as Sorrow jumped on the motorbike's, the engine started. But... a cop, as we know it as D_NeUbll, happened to show up. Sorrow couldn't hit the gas, as the cop took out a set of road spikes. The bike wouldn't go properly anymore, since it had its wheels to go for trash. Sorrow also had his feet hit by the road spikes, which led to the call for the hospital.

So.

I say that the cop abused of his equipment for his duty, using them for no valid reason at all. As I know for now, road spikes are used in roadblocks, during intense criminal chases to blow up the wheels of the respective chased criminal.

First of all, I would like to highlight that no solid evidence has been put forward that even shows that my client was there at the time.
Surely the judge can not go on some peoples word alone; they could be lying after all.
